Q: How do I register?
A: Click My Account and follow the instructions on screen. Your password will be emailed to you.

Q: What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?
A: Request a new password by clicking the My Account page then enter your email address and click remind me. 
You will then be sent a new password via email. 
Once you have logged into the site, you can change your password in the My Account  section of the site.

Q: How much will it cost me to get my order delivered? 
A: Standard UK delivery is £10.00 excluding VAT. For Non-UK delivery rates please contact us or call +44 (0) 1273 248977 and we will be happy to help you.

Q: Can I use my own courier?
A: Yes you can. Please follow the instructions on screen. Please ensure you enter who your courier is and your account number in the Special Delivery Instructions Box - without this information we will be unable to process your order.

Q: How do I place an order? 
A: You will need to register and log in to the Adaptive Modules eShop site to place an order online. 
Once you have decided to purchase a product, simply click Add to basket next to the product description. The shopping basket lists all the items you have chosen to purchase. You can view and amend the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the My basket link on the left-hand side of the page. To start the checkout process, click Proceed to checkout at the bottom of the shopping basket page. You will be asked to enter your delivery options, delivery and invoice addresses, payment options and to confirm your order. You order is not sent to Adaptive Modules until you have submitted this confirmation. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be emailed a receipt. Adaptive Modules will contact you by email when your goods are dispatched.
